The Village Management Team - Charlotte, Naomi, Lisa, Lizzie, Holly.
Our Management Team here at Scoresby Village Childcare starts with our amazing approved provider Lisa.
Lisa has owned Scoresby Village for 12 years now and has continued throughout this time to build a homely, family orientated service that we all know and love. Within 12 years Lisa has built strong relationships within the community and a strong foundation for all staff and families.
At Scoresby Village Childcare we aim to create the most homelike environment for children to learn through play. We provide engaging learning experiences for children to explore and discover.
We focus largely on relationships with families and building that connection to support children in our care by providing a sense of belonging. Within our management team we work closely together to ensure we are providing high quality programs and attending to every child’s needs.
Lizzie is our director and has worked at the centre for 9 years. Within these 9 years she has been an assistant educator, lead educator and assistant director progressing her way to director.
Holly is our assistant director and has worked for the centre for 11 years. Within this 11 years Holly has had experience as an assistant educator, lead educator & now assistant director.
Charlotte & Naomi have both worked for the centre for 9 years. Combined with all our experience we aim to provide the highest quality care and consistent care to all families who walk through the doors of Scoresby Village. Our door is always open so pop in for a tour to come and meet us.

All members of our team work together to achieve the best quality service for all children and their families. We aim to provide all Educators with ongoing education relating to best practices for children.
All staff at Scoresby Village Childcare have up to date Working with Children’s Checks, all staff are trained childcare workers or in the process of obtaining their certificates.
All staff wear uniforms and staff photos are displayed in the foyer, which makes it easy to identify them.
Staff/Child ratio is
1:4 under 3 years of age
1:11 over 3 years of age
Staff Roster
Staff are on a 4 weekly rotating Roster, so children become familiar with all staff. We have up to 17 full-time staff including our cook.
